ADMIN MOD. 2014 Silverado Radiator Fans Blow at Max Speed and No AC. A few weeks ago I noticed my truck .

Thanks guys for the ideas. Here is an update: 1) nothing is blocking the fans., they spin freely. 2) the fans do turn on and run at times. If it stops reporting the temp, then it goes into fail-safe mode and sends the needle to C and disables the AC. It should also turn both fans on High, but that's hard to tell unless your window is down or the hood is up.
